The Administrative Assistant will help with the tax preparation process and client support services during the tax preparation and submission season. This position will perform duties in our tax preparation process and will be a contributing member of our team, who will work within established practices and systems. While this position reports to the President, the Administrative Assistant will work to support the needs of the agency includes providing backup for the Client Liaison (Front Desk). In addition to maintaining our agency’s vision by adhering to our values and guiding principles, this position must provide the highest level of service to our clients and demonstrate a client centric attitude and culture.
